...my tiny home on the internet. I'm not sure how you clicked your way to my website, but I'm happy you did. The contents of my site come from a combination of my personal experiences and opinions, as well as various other resources that have influenced me in some way. You'll find a lot of links to quality websites combined with comments typed out at various stages of my online life. To state the obvious, I am not responsible for the content of sites linked from crystalvoice, or how you choose to use the information found on crystalvoice. I'm not a certified scholar, doctor, teacher, or expert in any particular profession; just a woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, neighbor, and citizen of the United States of America (to name a few "titles"). I'd like to think I have a healthy dose of common sense and basic knowledge of the topics I choose to cover on this site. With that said, I hope you enjoy what you find here at Crystal Voice.

A few things you may want to know about me and this site before you read on....

I am a mother to five young children (six if you count the "big" kid), so my time for editing this website is rather limited. I will do my best to keep things fresh and up to date. When there is something new added to this site I will make sure it is clearly marked. I realize how precious time is and will try my best not to waste any of yours. I welcome personal email concerning the content of this site.

Some have asked how I came up with the name of this site. I've spent a good deal of time trying to come up with a title that could incorporate everything I wanted to write about. My name happens to be Crystal, and since I planned on sharing my personal views on the site I figured "Crystal Voice" would be an appropriate title. Just remember it's a ".org" site for when you want to return (.com and .net are commercial sites for a business not associated with me).

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My personal religious beliefs greatly influence the choices I make and how I live. Whether you're indifferent to religion or are passionate about it, I feel that my site is not "preachy". This isn't an exclusive LDS (short for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) site, it just happens to be created by an LDS member. Some content will be religious based, which is only natural. You can choose to skip those areas if you want, obviously. If you are curious about the LDS religion you are welcome to email me, or visit the official website for the church. (mormon.org, or....)

The photography on this site will be by me unless otherwise indicated. It's a recent interest of mine to learn both photography and photo editing. I don't have a lot of time to really study either enough to make a career of it, but I really enjoy it and will possibly add an area to this site to share some of the online resources that have helped me learn what I do know. I also want to make sure that you know that all of the family based artwork is by Maya Richardson (used with permission). I love her art and have used it on my site for many years now.
