ORGANIZATION [NOWADAYS]

Organization is "the act of putting things into a logical order or the act of taking an efficient and orderly approach to tasks". Each of us have varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities. We need to understand our limitations as much as our potential. When we try to come up with routines and plans to become better organized we need to factor in the many variables that will impact how successful these ideas and systems will be. There also needs to be some flexibility and wiggle room to make adjustments as illness and events (planned and unplanned) come into play. Some of the variables to consider would be where we live (own or rent), the space we have to work with (big or small), the people and/or animals we share our home with (growing or grown), the time we have to maintain what we have, the health we may or may not depend on to follow through, the resources we have at our disposal to make or buy items to help in our organization efforts, and so forth....

ORGANIZE IT!

There are ideas aplenty that can help with just about any organization dilema. Finding simple solutions that can be easily maintained is always best. "A place for everything, everything in its place" is a fine motto to have.

CLEAN IT!

"My house is clean enough to be healthy... dirty enough to be happy." There are as many ways to clean as there are people. The key is to find what works in your home. There are many tips and tricks to help make cleaning easier on the entire family.

MANAGE IT!

As we are blessed with posessions we have an obligation to manage it in a responsible and resourceful manner. This includes the income we receive and how we manage our finances and assets, no matter the amount.

FIX IT!

Whether we rent or own a home it is often a joy to create a living environment filled with what makes us happy. Sometimes that means fixing up structures and items to be more functional, or bringing things together to create a pleasing space.
